I just realized, I am pretty behind on posting some birthday cards. like this one that happened the end of August. This one almost didn’t make the cut. yikes. I had messed it up pretty bad with how i first painted it. it looked pretty plain at first, then i decided that i was gonna try to salvage it. i saturated the colors even more, outlined the layers and florals with some metallic pens and watercolor pencils. and that did it!
i’m so grateful that i did not give up on this one because the recipient loved it! and honestly i do too. good thing i scanned it. hahaha.
so… the lesson for today… don’t give up don’t throw it away…. just yet.
