Short post today….
I am going to be honest… I was not sure what to blog today. This will have to do for now.
I created this watercolor painting of some colorful petals pattern. I called it petals at first but later titled it as droplets. This painting came about with no plan, just was testing out the watercolor paper I bought from Five Below. It’s actually pretty good paper too! 140 lb GSM. and it came in a pack of 50 for less than $5! woh! I recently bought a couple of more but they dropped it to a pack of 40. wth! i think it was pretty popular because of the price. can’t beat it.
I gotta say… this is one of my fave paintings! for real. simple design, with a cool color palette especially it’s got purple.
soon this will be digitized and I may make it into a seamless patter design. not sure after that. products? add calligraphy? not sure.
we’ll see how it goes. told you this was short. very short.
